Saily is the clean answer to Italy plus Switzerland 39 countries, one profile
The single most common Italy data mistake is assuming Switzerland is covered. It is not in the EU, so it sits outside EU roaming rules and outside every Italy-only plan on this site.
That catches people on Lake Como day trips to Lugano, on the Bernina Express out of Tirano, on the Aosta Valley drive to Zermatt, and on any Dolomites route that crosses toward St Moritz. Your phone hunts, finds Swisscom or Salt, and either fails to attach or attaches at a roaming rate nobody quoted you.

Yes, with one caveat and one gap. Which network does Saily use in Italy?
Saily does not publish it. Travel guides will assert one operator or another; Saily's own materials do not say, and we do not treat a repeated blog claim as a network agreement. If knowing matters, Yesim names TIM, Vodafone and WindTre and is $2.40 cheaper at 10GB.
Does Saily work in Switzerland?
The Italy-only plan does not, because Switzerland is outside the EU and outside that plan's coverage. Saily's 39-country Europe plan does include Switzerland, which is the main reason to choose Saily for a trip that crosses the border.
Is Saily unlimited really unlimited in Italy?
