Corrections and coverage reports are the most useful mail we get. Italian tariffs move monthly, shops move, and brands change what they publish without saying so.

What is genuinely useful to send. A price that has changed since the date on the page, which for Italian operator tariffs is roughly every month. A shop or airport counter that has opened or closed. A network experience that contradicts our coverage table, especially from the Dolomite passes and rifugi, the Cinque Terre trails, the Tuscan gravel roads, the Sardinian interior or the Swiss border, where our information rests on published maps, the Opensignal report and traveler accounts rather than our own walking. And above all: if a brand has started publishing its Italian network partner, we want to know the day it happens, because that single fact drives the ranking on this site.
What we cannot help with. We are not a mobile operator and we do not sell eSIMs. If a plan you bought is not working, the provider's own support is the only route to a refund, and it is faster than us. Our setup page covers the fixes that do not need support at all, starting with the one that solves most cases: data roaming is off on the eSIM line.
Partnerships and guest posts. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored placements or paid reviews. Providers cannot buy a position in any table on this site. The disclosure page publishes the commission rate we earn from each brand, including the awkward fact that our top pick is near the top of that list.
Response time. Usually a few days. Verified corrections ship in the next update, and we note what changed.
